FAQs

CBD stands for "cannabidiol". It is a molecule (one of several different ones) found in the cannabis plant. CBD oil is an essential oil that is extracted from the flowers and leaves of the cannabis plant, which is then mixed with other oils in our OILLY formula, such as hemp seed oil and grape seed oil.

Although derived from the same plant, our CBD oil contains zero THC (therefore, it will not get you high). CBD oil is not considered a drug, but a dietary supplement which has many therapeutic uses and is quickly gaining popularity for its health benefits.

CBD is produced by extracting the essential oils from the cannabis plant’s flowers and hemp seed oil is produced by pressing the plant’s seeds.
Hemp oil is similar to other seed oils such as corn oil and sesame oil. Hemp oil does not contain cannabinoids such as CBD.

In studies, CBD Oil has been shown to be well tolerated in humans. It is non-toxic and non-addictive. There is no known incidence of illness caused by consumption of CBD oil.
All OILLY CBD products undergo rigorous testing to guarantee they are free of THC and any potential contaminants.

No, you cannot get high from taking OILLY CBD Oil. All of our oil is completley THC-free.

Although there is generally trace amounts of THC in most hemp extracts, all OILLY products are completely THC-free. We use a patented technology to remove any residual THC found in hemp extract.

Yes, CBD Oil is legal in all 50 states. You do not need a prescription or a medical card to purchase and consume CBD Oil. As long as it contains less than 0.2% THC, CBD Oil is legal.
OILLY CBD Oil is completely THC free.

The term full spectrum refers to CBD oil products that contain a combination of cannabinoids, terpenes and other beneficial compounds found in PCR hemp. While many CBD oil products are made using CBD isolate, OILLY full spectrum oils maintain the same concentrations of these beneficial compounds that are found in the original PCR hemp plant.

Terpenes are a class of volatile hydrocarbon compounds produced in the flower clusters of the cannabis plant. Terpenes are what gives cannabis its distinct aromas. Terpenes are recognized as safe for human consumption by the Food and Drug Association and are used in a wide variety of food and cosmetic products.

CBD oil can have a wide variety of effects on the human body, most of which are subtle. However, CBD is known to be a powerful anti-inflammatory and has been reported to reduce pain, swelling and stiffness. It has also been shown in research studies to improve circulation and help to regulate a variety of systems, including the immune system, the nervous system, the endocrine system, the cardiovascular system, the digestive system, the heart, liver, kidneys and others.

When it comes to CBD Oil, less is more and we suggest you start off small. The ideal serving size of CBD for each person depends on a wide range of variables, including the reason it is being used, the method of administration, sex, age, weight, diet, exercise and more.
As a general rule, you may start off with 0.5mg per lb. It is best to break it up into 3 even servings per day.
Servings of 5 to 50 milligrams per day are commonly reported for health maintenance, mood enhancement and minor pain reduction. Higher servings, although not harmful, are not recommended unless being used to treat a particular disorder, in which case it is recommended that you consult with a qualified medical professional.

Yes. All OILLY products go through a rigorous series of tests by third-party labs to assure purity and concentrations of cannabinoids. This includes testing to be sure that our products are completely free of THC and any potential contaminants.

We highly recommend either refrigerating CBD Oil or storing it in a cool place. Always keep CBD products in airtight containers and store them away from direct sunlight and heat, which can degrade certain compounds in CBD oil.
If properly stored, our products have an 18-month shelf life.
